• No practical tests to be booked without prior agreement with myself.
• I reserve the right to refuse the use of my driving school car for any reason, at any time.
• Lessons will finish at the starting point, unless a different drop off location is agreed before the lesson starts. I reserve the right to refuse a drop off location for any reason.
• All tests and lessons will be conducted in a car provided by myself. If a pupil wishes to use their own car for a test, they must make their own arrangements to attend and take the test.
• I will not be liable for costs incurred by the pupil due to cancellations or car mechanical problems.
• Driving lessons are to be paid for before or at the time of the lesson. Further lessons will not proceed unless outstanding payments are made, or agreed to by myself.
• I am not liable, for any reason, for any claim or losses due to advice or recommendations given by myself.
• I reserve the right to charge for any lesson cancelled without a minimum of 24hours notice.
• Any verbal or physical abuse will result in the lesson ending immediately and will charge the full price for the lesson. The pupil will dropped off immediately at the current location or at a location of my choosing. No further lessons will be booked.
• I reserve the right to refuse any further lessons at any time. Any money prepaid for future lessons will be refunded within 2 weeks via cheque.
• You, the pupil, will be fit and able to drive, and not under the influence of drink or drugs.
• I reserve the right not to proceed with a lesson for any reason.
• I reserve the right to cancel a lesson at any time, up to, and including during the lesson.
• I am not liable for costs or issues arriving from a lesson starting or finishing early or late, or cancelled.
• The pupil is free to stop having lessons at any time. Any prepaid money will be refunded within 2 weeks, via cheque. The balance refunded will be calculated at the full non discounted rates for lessons already taken.
• Any prepaid money will be unrefundable after 3 months of no lessons or contact, and remaining lessons will be lost. If you are unable to have lessons for any length of time, please discuss this with myself in the first instance.
These terms and conditions will be agreed to once the first lesson starts.
