Corona Virus Safety Guidelines
For lessons resuming from July 6th, the following guidelines will be enforce until further notice.
These are in addition to my normal term and conditions found here.
- The pupil will be contacted before the lesson to ensure that they are fit to drive.
- Do not come if you are unwell or showing symptoms of covid-19
- Do not come if you are self isolating
- Do not come if you believe you have been in contact with someone showing symptoms
- The pupil needs to wash their hands for 20 seconds before the lesson in accordance with government guidelines, if possible.
- If the pupil wishes to wear gloves, put them on just before entering the car
- Wear suitable clothing that covers as much as reasonable, however short sleeves are acceptable
- Do not enter the vehicle until told to do so by the instructor
- The use of hand sanitiser will be offered before entering the car
- The instructor will wear a face covering and gloves during the lesson, unless they feel these impede safety and need to be removed
- The pupil is required to wear a face covering during the lesson.
- Gloves are optional. The pupil must provided their own face covering and gloves
- Lessons will be cancelled or cut short if either the instructor or the pupil become (or are) unwell during the lesson
- Contactless payment will be available in addition to cash and cheque payments.
- If the instructor is not 100% happy, the lesson will be cancelled and rescheduled.
- The car will be cleaned and sanitised before each lesson
